Breathwork and Yoga Therapy are profound healing tools for our bodies, for our minds, and for our sacred hearts. The modalities provide an opportunity for us to access our purest potential, which lives inside each and every one of us, as we open to the body’s innate wisdom and surrender to the love and healing that is right here available to us all. The Breath guides us to our center, connects us into our knowing, and deepens our relationship with trust. Offering a space of freedom to experience and express all that we feel, for all that we are. With these practices, we create opportunity for deep clearing and release of old thought patterns, behaviors, and belief systems that are not in service to our highest good. As we peel back the mental, emotional, and physical layers that have been blocking us from feeling and knowing who we truly are, we begin to experience more of our True Nature and our Divine Essence ~ as a present, grounded, clear, and open expression of Love

Healing Sessions

Private Healing Sessions are personalized and custom to the individual or group, depending on the intention and need.

Sessions are Available In-Person at the Au Naturel Studio ✨ or Virtually through Zoom ✨
Although I cherish in-person sessions at the Au Naturel Studio, Virtual Sessions via Zoom are also an effective way to experience the guidance and healing modalities in the comfort and convenience of your own home, wherever your location may be.


Somatic Breathwork

Breathwork is an incredibly healing and powerful tool. This active and rhythmic Pranayama Breathwork practice takes us on a powerful inner journey, guiding us out of the mental thought patterns, and into the feeling body (the “soma”). It pulls stuck energy and held emotions from the low belly (Sacral Chakra) and draws it up through the Heart to be released, cleared, and freed from our bodies and beings. As we clear these energies, we feel our unique Essence (Energy/Spirit) vibrate through us, our hearts open, creative and intuitive energy flow, and an incredible sense of love come through. This releases us into a deeply restful state in a soothing meditative space…restoring, nourishing, and receiving divine guidance while feeling more of our true nature, Love.

Somatic Breathwork is a beneficial clearing practice for many unsettled and unresolved energies; such as anxiety, fear, sadness, grief, pain, stress, addiction, and trauma, amongst others. It is a powerful meditation tool, and asks for our participation with a little effort, then invites us to surrender and experience what it feels like to let go control and start to receive what lives beyond the tethered mind.

I guide two styles of Breathwork. In your Session we will discuss which would be supportive and beneficial for your situation and intention, and from there we will Journey In and experience the power, medicine, and magic of Your Breath.


CoRE STress Release ~ CSR Yoga Therapy

Core Stress Release (CSR) is a therapeutic practice honoring the body’s innate wisdom and natural ability to release stress, tension, and trauma that is often held or stored in the body. CSR begins with a series of restorative yoga postures incorporating light muscle activation that guides the body into a natural and conscious “tremoring" state of release, often through gentle shaking and deep fascial stretching. As the body releases, old karmic patterns are able to clear, creating space and opportunity for the individual to have a new experience in their body, a new awareness of their Being. While many often find themselves in a heightened or activated state from daily stress or deeply held trauma, this practice allows the nervous system to regulate to a parasympathetic state where one can rest, digest, and heal; restoring to a state of wellbeing and ease. Once this natural tremoring state is remembered in the body, and welcomed back in, we can access and incorporate it as a part of our regular self-care routine for regular energy clearing, nervous system regulating, and self-soothing ease. The CSR practice continues to amaze me of how intelligent, wise, and powerful the body truly is. And if we allow, it knows how to heal itself.

Core Stress Release is a passive meditation, where one is present, aware, and allowing. It’s a remembering state of what our body already knows. We are invited to get out of our thinking mind, and allow healing through the innate wisdom of our beautiful body and heart.

*All Healing Sessions include a Deeply Restorative Meditation at the end of Session to Receive and Integrate the Healing Work.

30-Minute Integration Call ~ $120
for those who have experienced a session with me (either private or in a group class) and would like additional support integrating the experience, new found awareness, healing, and expansion into their life. This will be setup via Zoom, either video or audio.

60-Minute Coaching Call ~ $200
this is for anyone who would like coaching support and guidance in living more embodied, empowered, and expressive in their lives. We will talk through any challenges that are present and work through creating sacred action steps to bring it into practice to feel it, become it, and live it forth. Call is setup through Zoom, either video or audio, and includes a customized guided meditation at the end of the Session that will be recorded and available for practice in your integration from the Call.

Group Sessions ~ start at 2-Hour $280
(for a minimum of three people, additional fee for each above three)
An offering for family, friends, or any group that would like to drop into healing space together

INFO ON the AU NATUREL STUDIO

Au Naturel sessions are held in an intimate cozy studio space at Cattletrack Ranch, tucked in the heart of Scottsdale. This is a unique studio that has an energy all its own. Many comment feeling safe and grounded, loved and supported in this space...as if they are coming home. In our sessions you will receive guidance to tune into your breath, align your body with various modifications and/or props if needed to support your unique physical condition, gentle loving adjustments to guide the body in its natural space, community connection with group classes and events, and holistic support for your practice and self-care. The journey on the mat is only the beginning. It is here that guides the way to what is within.
